This 1,300 Acre Park In Northern California Is Made For Off-Roading

If you love the adrenaline rush of off-roading adventures, you’ll want to visit Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) in Tracy. This off-roading park in Northern California spans 1,300 acres with 80 miles of trails. Located in the picturesque Diablo Range, Carnegie SVRA offers a scenic playground for off-roading enthusiasts.

It is located in the southern Alameda and San Joaquin counties, southwest of Tracy and southeast of Livermore. Within this sprawling park, off-road enthusiasts will discover an array of tracks and trails designed to cater to various skill levels and vehicle types.

The ATV/MC Track is a dedicated space for those with ATVs and dirt bikes. And the 70cc Children's Track and 110cc Beginner Track are for young riders and beginners to test their off-roading skills in a controlled environment without more skilled riders zipping past.

Carnegie SVRA is open seven days a week, with varying hours, so it's important to check the schedule before planning your trip. Additionally, be sure to monitor weather conditions, as the park may experience closures due to inclement weather.
