Packed With Enough Audio Power To Be Heard Three Camps Over

UTVs have become all the rage in off-road recreating recently. And with the meteoric rise of the industry have come owners with an insatiable craving to customize their rides. One of the more popular add-ons has been an audio system. And not just any audio system, but ones powerful enough to rattle every trailer and camp within a half-mile radius. We won't address the issues of common camp courtesy here, but we will say audio upgrades are a big industry for the UTV world. Polaris, one of the leaders in side-by-side market, recognized this and has partnered with the audio experts from Rockford Fosgate to create the 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Rockford Fosgate Limited Edition.

"Having a soundtrack delivered with crystal clarity and power takes the adventure to an entirely different level," Polaris Off Road President Steve Menneto said. "Our customers have an appetite for bigger, better sound, and who better than our partners at Rockford Fosgate to help us deliver the industry's highest-level audio in a vehicle that looks and performs as good as it sounds?"

This new special edition comes in two flavors: Sport and Ultimate. Each is offered on two- and four-seat RZR models. The 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Sport Rockford Fosgate Limited Edition comes equipped with what the company is calling the "Stage 1" audio system. This consists of an AM/FM head unit, a pair of 50-watt component speakers, two 1-inch tweeters, and a 100-watt amplifier. Four-seat models add two more 50-watt speakers in the rear, and the amplifier is upped to 200-watts.

For 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate models, the company is offering what it calls the "Stage 4" audio package. This system is the same for two- and four-seat models and consists of proprietary off-road-tuned speakers powered by an 800-watt amplifier. These models receive four 100-watt speakers along with a 400-watt 10-inch subwoofer. The "Stage 4" system also features a digital signal processor and speed-sensitive volume control. A color-matched roll cage, custom graphics, stainless-steel tweeter and rear speaker grilles, and blue speaker backlighting round out the custom package.Sport models will be sold in Vogue Silver, while Ultimate models will wear Radar Blue. The 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Sport Rockford Fosgate Limited Edition starts at $23,999, while the four-seat version bumps up to $26,899. Ultimate models will start at $29,999 and $33,999, respectively. These limited edition machines will be available at Polaris dealers starting in April 2021.
