I couldn't decide between a small MX bike or a small quad. The salesperson, Aaron, spent a long time answering questions on 6 models that "caught my eye", and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Im the WORST kind of customer. Full time traveler, seldom in the same place twice. I had a new part failure on my KTM that wasnt technically in warranty anymore because it failed in Mexico on a very long trip, and I wasnt back to the USA before the warranty expired. Wendy and her crew of professionals treated me like I was an established customer who was going to spend tons of money there. She went to bat for me and convinced KTM to cover the part under warranty. They even expedited the part since I was stranded until it arrived.

I spend 3 months a year in Las Cruces every Winter, always bring my 2016 Indian Springfield along. Soon after arriving this year I picked up a roofing nail in my rear tire. I had just put new tires on my bike before coming to Las Cruces. I called your business and spoke to Wendy in parts. It took some doing but she was able to find a vendor and order and exact match Metzler Cruisetec tire. The tire arrived in two days and Zach set up the mount and balance. Everything went perfect and my bike is up and running again! Wendy and Zach are true professionals. I will pass my experience on to anyone in the area who needs work done on their bike or ATV. I was recently in the Los Lunas store I had to call to find a park and the customer service representative Dominique took my call with a great attitude and fully satisfied my inquiry. When I showed up in Los Lunas at the store she was at the desk and she had my part ready and I didn't ask her to put it aside for me which was a really surprise When the Yamaha customer service line for Yamaha representative acted like I was inconveniencing them By calling them and asking them for information . A gentleman named Brandon was amazing! Provided great service and have great customer service skills! On the other hand in the financing I still havent received and account with the bank I was placed through, which doesnt allow me to make any payments.

I called MoNM after searching high and low in Canada for a few parts I needed. After no luck here, I began scouring the US. I was referred to MoNM by another dealer who said it looked like they had some stock, so emailed them with an inquiry. Ray Baca from parts called me back a very short time later and said they did indeed have them. Keep in mind, I had been trying to locate the parts for 2 weeks and they are on a VERY long backorder. Not only did Ray call me quickly, he took my information and arranged for shipping to Canada within the hour. I can't say enough about fantastic their customer service was and how impressed I was with Ray and his effort. I have to stress, these parts were a few screws that amounted to less than $10 for the actual parts, yet, they treated me like gold and showed real effort to get a fellow rider back on the road. Our CanAm ATV quit on us in Lincoln Nat'l Forest. We took it in & Jake ran a diagnostic which was negative, but he continued searching until he found the problem with the wire harness. He & Kaitlyn immediately submitted the warranty work to BRP. Unfortunately, BRP said it would take 5-10 days for approval which was after our return home day so Jake was unable to do the repair. However, we were extremely happy with the service we received. Thank you!

Hassle free - first met Wes at the White Sands store where I traded in a 2015 Goldwing towards a 2018 Goldwing. They gave me a ride to the Las Cruces store to pick up the new bike. Met Darren, Harley, and Ray in the service department who were all helpful, friendly, and professional. Jaime from sales and Darren From service gave me a walk around, since this a completely new bike. Bryan from parts was equally friendly and helpful. Chance (the roving finance guy) was also friendly and helpful. Roland, from the Santa Teresa store happened to be in White Sands were we did paperwork. (He had installed the blue tooth systems in me and my wife's helmets a year or two previously).

All together they were an awesome team, and unless I'm way out of town, I will only take the bike back to them for service. Happy customer

5 Stars, Other, I recently purchased a 2004 Vulcan Nomad VN1500 from the Alamogordo store. The staff there worked diligently to assist my financing. As the financing was being concluded and the shop was doing the final detailing of the bike for delivery, they noticed a problem with the exhaust system. The shop ordered a replacement exhaust which, unfortunately did not fit either. Not giving up, they consulted me and we agreed on a different exhaust which the shop ordered and installed. Along with the new pipes (which are top of the line Vance & Hines), they also determined that chafing of the rear tire was likely the result of the original pipe installation. Consequently, they installed a new Dunlop tire. All this work, new parts, and genuine care are greatly appreciated. They clearly are driven to do the right thing. I commend Anthony, Robert and Jake at the Alamogordo store for their demonstration of high integrity and sincerity. I would certainly recommend White Sands Motorsports to my friends and anyone else interested in buying or servicing a motorcycle

All I needed was a tire mounted on the rear rim of my BMW, so I walked-in with my new tire and rim. Even though it was a busy Tuesday morning, Sam worked me into the mix, got the job done in less than an hour, and the charge was very reasonable. Good job, Sam of Santa Teresa!

While on a four day trip touring through New Mexico, my group rode by the store in Los Lunas and entered the interstate towards Albuquerque. About four miles away, my rear tire went flat. I remembered the signs and found the store on my phone. It was 4:35 on a Saturday afternoon and the shop hours show them closing at 5:00. They guys searched through inventory to find a rear tire that would fit on my 2012 Concours (not exactly an easy thing). Once they determined that they had a tire, they sent a couple of guys and a trailer to pick me up. I was back on the road in under 90 minutes from when I first called them. They team was extremely friendly and went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you! Thank you!

I recently had an ATV repaired at this shop. It was an 11 year old ATV that I inherited and it had not been taken good care of. The repairs took about 3 months due to everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong. Honda sent the dealership faulty parts which had to be sent back, tools broke and diagnosing all the problems the ATV had was difficult. However they stuck with it, found all the problems, spent alot of man hours on the ATV and got it in great shape. They worked with me on the repair bill and I could not be happier with them and now the ATV. I appreciate their service and dedication to making sure I was and my ATV were well taken care of. They did a great job of keeping me informed as to what was going on with the ATV repairs. I appreciate it guys.

Hi Guys!! I dont know if you remember me or not but I bought a GSXR for my hubby a while back as a surprise while he was in Korea. Well needless to say he was thrilled!! He loves his bike. On a sad note,it still only has 9 miles on it!! We came to Okinawa Japan with paperwork we thought would be sufficient to get it registered, but it wasnt. They actually want us to put it on a boat to the Suzuki factory to have it looked at and pay an extra 3000.00 to do this. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! Well, not right away. It works out though. He had surgery on his ankle and cant ride for a little bit any way. :-) I just wanted to thank you again and again for helping make him happy! We come through there every time we are in the states and you all never fail to make us happy!! Now I just have to find the Tommy Gun helmet he wants. :-) Again, thanks for everything you did to make my surprise the best one yet. Oh yeah, I finally got licensed before I left Alamogordo so the Kawasaki is mine now!! YEAH!! Have a great holiday season and thanks again for all of your help!! V/R Izola E. Gary

Comming from California, I guess I had high expectations about your inventory of dirt bikes after checking out your web site. I bought a RM250 because it was the only new 2-stroke bike there. I'm very happy with my purchase. I wish the salesman that I was dealing with had more knowledge about dirt bikes but I was happy that the extra accessories were covered with my purchase of the bike. I wasn't happy with the finance rate Suzuki gave me. The bike is awesome though. I'm looking for more places to ride around the El Paso/Las Cruces area. If you have any advice, please let me know.
